Bonamanzi is located on the eastern border of the Hluhluwe River in the Elephant Coast, KwaZulu-Natal. Part of a privately owned 4,000-hectare unfenced game reserve between Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park and iSimangaliso Wetland Park. The reserve is home to 4 of the Big 5 including elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard, and over 400 bird species.

Bonamanzi offers 24 spacious sites under trees and level, on ground. Comprises 6 communal caravan sites with communal ablutions, as well as 10 executive caravan sites and 2 secluded caravan sites, each with private ablutions, plus forest sites. Executive sites 11-16 “The Oval” offer spacious private ablutions, braai area and scullery.
