Meiringskloof is a quiet bush camp on a private nature reserve 12km outside Fouriesburg, Free State. Nestled in the Maluti foothills with sandstone cliffs and mountain streams, it has 10 terraced campsites spread along the kloof. No day visitors, no loud music policy, and mountain views in every direction. Perfect base for hiking, Clarens day trips, and Golden Gate. Very popular with overlanders and photographers.

Generator curfew 8pm – 7am. Strict no-music policy enforced
Sites 1-4 are most private, set against cliff. Book early
Cold in winter – brings proper gear. Snow possible
