Located on private game farms adjoining Pongola Game Reserve. 6 separate camps, each booked exclusively for one group. Sites 2-5km apart. Unfenced in Big 5 area. Access by 4×4 only. Each camp has own ablution and braai area. No power. Hippo, croc, elephant in area.

Power: No power. Solar light at ablution
💧 Water: Borehole water at ablution. Not potable
🚻 Ablutions: Private ablution per camp. Flush toilet, hot donkey shower
🔥 Braai: Built-in braai + wood supplied
🏕 Campsites: 6 exclusive camps. Each takes max 8 people
🐕 Other: No pets. Fishing allowed. No shop. Malaria area

  • Located on private farms 20-35km from Pongola town, KZN
  • Access: 4×4 only. Deep sand and river crossings. Escort required first visit
  • Exclusive use: Only your group per camp. 2-5km to next camp
  • Unfenced Big 5 area. Elephant, lion, rhino, buffalo, leopard present
  • No cell signal at most camps. MTN at high points only
  • Malaria area – prophylaxis essential year round
  • River floods Dec-Mar. Some camps inaccessible. Check before booking
